Our mission is to empower youth through baseball by providing accessible training programs that foster skill development, teamwork, and personal growth. We are dedicated to cultivating a positive and inclusive environment where young athletes can build confidence, embrace sportsmanship, and develop a lifelong love for the game. Through mentorship, education, and community engagement, we strive to inspire the next generation of leaders both on and off the field.

Michael Ocadiz
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
As President of the Board at The C.A.T.C.H, Michael brings a wealth of expertise and enthusiasm to the organization, leveraging his background in leadership, mentorship, operations, and coaching to guide our mission of empowering young athletes. His experience includes managing a team of competitive skateboarders through his own skateboard company and coaching baseball teams in Lawrenceville, Georgia. In Fall 2024, Mike had the honor of leading the Lawrenceville Black Knights to their first Championship victory—a testament to Michaels commitment to cultivating talent and fostering a strong sense of teamwork.
Professionally, Michael has served as an Operations Manager, overseeing large teams and driving success across multiple organizations. Currently, he acts as a coordinator for a Non-Profit buying group supporting the Rent-To-Own industry, exemplifying my dedication to collaboration and strategic growth.
Beyond Michaels professional endeavors, he cherishes time with his wife and kids, training with his three sons at home, and playing the drums. Michaels passion lies in inspiring young athletes not only to excel in baseball but also to develop the confidence, discipline, and leadership skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Ajane Hinton
TREASURER & PROGRAM COORDINATOR
AJane is a dedicated professional with a strong background in accounting, finance, and youth sports development. As a graduate of Florida A&M University with a degree in Accounting, he furthered his education by earning a Master’s in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University.
With a proven track record in financial leadership, he served as the Director of Financial Operations and Program Development for Sweatline Fitness Training Facility in Marietta, GA, where they combined fiscal management with program innovation. Additionally, they brought their expertise to youth sports as the Director of Finance for the PRYAA Basketball Program.
A passionate advocate for youth development, Coach AJ has dedicated four years to coaching little league baseball and another four years to coaching AAU basketball. As a Lawrenceville resident, they are committed to their local community, especially in mentoring young athletes. With extensive experience in designing and implementing programs focused on speed, agility, vertical jump, and strength, Coach AJ specializes in training players aged 14 and under to excel both on and off the field.
Through their unique blend of financial acumen and athletic coaching, Coach AJ continues to inspire and shape future leaders and athletes.

Calvin Brown
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Calvin Brown is a Washington DC native who has been living in the metro Atlanta area since 2003. He is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University where he studied Marketing. Calvin currently works as a Software Engineer where he focuses on development cycles, testing, and software releases.
When he isn’t working on his IT career, Calvin is focused on giving back to the community that has poured so much into him. During his undergraduate years, Calvin reignited his love of community service becoming a member of Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity. One of the ways that he enjoys giving back is through coaching and youth mentorship.
He has coached youth basketball for many years, but baseball has always been a calling. Baseball has always been a part of Calvin’s life and he played the game from the ages of 4 to 18, playing positions throughout the infield. As an adult, he continued to find ways to give back to the sport that gave so much to him. He has coached little league baseball for the last four years; bringing two teams to the state Georgia Recreation and Parks Association (GRPA) tournament in 2023 and 2024.
Calvin believes in helping kids have fun, develop a love of the game, and believe in themselves.

VICE PRESIDENT
With over a decade of experience in driving efficiency and fostering innovation, Quin Meadows brings a wealth of expertise to The C.A.T.C.H Non-Profit. A passionate advocate for strategic planning, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making, Quin has led cross-functional teams in large organizations, consistently achieving outstanding results.
Known for tackling complex challenges and delivering sustainable solutions, Quin is dedicated to contributing to the Athens community through the FC-CIS board. His commitment to supporting education, youth development, and community engagement aligns perfectly with The C.A.T.C.H's mission of promoting affordable baseball training and building a strong community.
Quin is excited to leverage his skills and experience to help advance The C.A.T.C.H’s goals, creating lasting positive impact for families and young athletes

Andrea Powers
SECRETARY
Andrea Powers is a Data Privacy and Protection Manager specializing in accounting and cloud software. In this role, she is responsible for developing and overseeing processes to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Prairie View A&M University and later earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Communications from Mercer University Atlanta. She also holds a Master of Legal Studies from Seton Hall Law, where she concentrated on Privacy and Cybersecurity Law.
A passionate advocate for community service, Andrea is a dedicated member of Gamma Sigma Sigma National Service Sorority, where she has held several leadership roles, including Alumni Director, District Director, and Program Assistant.
As a first-generation college graduate, Andrea values hard work, perseverance, and a sense of purpose. She applies her expertise in administrative support, project management, and communication to serve the C.A.T.C.H. community.
